Who provides the service
Geomago is a service by EGTEK S.r.l., Via Fratelli Revelli 11, 10091 Alpignano (TO), VAT 13419150019. For anything concerning the service: sales@egtekconsulting.com.
What Geomago does
Geomago analyses a website and measures how readable and citable it is to AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude), puts buying-intent questions to those engines on a regular basis, and produces practical guidance. The basic audit is free; the action plan and the monitoring plans are paid.
What Geomago does not promise
AI assistants' answers are produced by third-party models, vary from one run to the next, and are beyond our control and the customer's. Geomago therefore does not guarantee that the customer will be cited, nor any ranking, volume of enquiries or commercial outcome. The measurements are statistical estimates, shown with their margin of error, and the correlations in the change log are not proof of causation. Automatically generated content is a draft to be checked and completed before publication: what the customer publishes remains the customer's responsibility.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on the site are in euro and exclude VAT, which is applied on the invoice as the law requires. Payments are handled by Stripe: we neither process nor store card details. The action plan is a one-off purchase. The Light, Pro and Agency plans are monthly subscriptions, renewed automatically each month until cancelled.
Activation and delivery
The action plan is generated right after payment and made available through a personal link sent by email; generation usually takes a few minutes. Monitoring plans start at first sign-in and produce their first results within 24 hours, with a trend that becomes reliable after 3-4 weeks of measurement.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you buy as a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw. Because the action plan is digital content supplied immediately, at the point of purchase you are asked to consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose the right of withdrawal on that content. For subscriptions, withdrawal is always possible within 14 days of activation, with a refund of the unused portion. Sales to VAT-registered businesses do not carry a right of withdrawal.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time by writing to us: the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for and is not renewed. There is no minimum term and no penalty.
The customer's obligations
The customer confirms they are entitled to request analysis of the sites they enter and to use the content produced. Using Geomago to publish fake reviews, fictitious profiles or misleading content is prohibited: if we find it, we suspend the service. Sign-in credentials are personal.
Ownership and use of content
The platform, the software and the measurement method remain the property of EGTEK S.r.l. The reports, action plans and content drafts produced for the customer belong to the customer, who may use and publish them freely.
Limitation of liability
Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and without prejudice to consumers' mandatory rights, EGTEK S.r.l.'s total liability towards the customer is limited to what the customer paid in the twelve months preceding the event. We are not liable for lost profits, nor for damage arising from interruptions to third-party services (AI engines, hosting, payments) or from unilateral changes to their terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and the features of the service. Changes that matter to subscribers are announced by email at least 30 days in advance; anyone who does not accept them may cancel at no cost.
Governing law and disputes
Italian law applies. For consumers, the competent court is that of their residence or domicile; the European online dispute resolution platform also remains available. For business-to-business relationships, the courts of Turin have exclusive jurisdiction.
