The address of the site analysed, your email, your answer about who runs the site; for customers, the business details entered in the fact sheet, support requests and sign-in data; for purchases, the billing details collected through Stripe.

Purposes and legal basis

Showing you the full audit report and contacting you about it (consent); delivering the services you bought, the monitoring and the hands-on support requested from the EGTEK S.r.l. team (contract); meeting tax obligations (legal obligation).

Retention

Audit data and contact details: [24 months]. Billing data: for the period required by law.

Providers

Hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), payments (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), AI services for the action plan and monitoring (OpenAI, Perplexity, Google Gemini). [Verify transfers outside the EU and the safeguards in place.]
